At 8:48am on October 29, 2009, James said…: Hey Billy, on October 9th 2008, I received a text message on my cell phone telling me that I have been chosen as AC/DCs' "Rock Out Your Car" contest winner and that I have three days to call the number that they gave me in order to claim the prize.Otherwise I would end up forfeiting such prize. Well, being such a huge fan of the lads, such as yourself, for 32 years and counting !!! I didn't hesitate to call. As a matter of fact, I had called within two minutes of receiving the text. I was told to ask for a representative by the name of Jarred Newman. Whom I was dealing with the whole time through emails and phone calls. When I first spoke to him, I was so super excited to know that I had won this contest and I proceeded to thank him and everyone else at Sony music who were responsible for choosing my truck as the winner!!! In the middle of my gratitude towards him, he interrupted me and tells me that I shouldn't be thanking him or anyone else at Sony for my truck being picked, because they were not responsible for it being chosen as the winning vehicle. So then I asked him who was I to thank for my winnings and he told me to thank the lads of AC/DC themselves because they are the ones who pick my truck out as their winner!!!! Billy.... "you can imagine how much more excited I just became at this point"!!!! So I had asked Mr. Newman..... does this actually mean that I am going to live my Rock n Roll Dream and finally be able to meet the lads face to face? He said Yes!!!! I nearly had a heart attack!!!! I started crying, jumping and screaming for joy!!!! At this point, I couldn"t believe this was all happening to me!!!! He then had asked me if there were any chance that I would consider to drive my truck to the Secret Show because AC/DC would like to be able to have pictures taken with me, themselves and my truck!!! And of coarse I said....HELL YEAH!!!! Not knowing that much of what he was telling me was nothing but lies!!!! He also told me that I was to receive four tickets that would be front row and that my truck was to be behind velvet ropes outside the arena. Nothing what this man had told me had come true. So that is why I had called them lying Bastards and I hope they rot in Hell !!!!! All of Buffalo,N.Y. had found out what was supposed to happen to me because I was interviewed by our biggest radio station here in town. they even asked me to take pictures for their website, which I did. Can you imagine the humiliation that I felt when I returned home and everyone found out that I was shafted by Sony Music !!!! That it all was just a set up for me to bring the truck to the show so that they would have something there for the fans to maul !!! So Billy, that's most of my story, even though there is more to tell, I hope I didn't bore you my friend !!!That is why I say..... May justice prevail and those Bastards rot in Hell !!!!
