Fan Club sign in

Has anybody else had trouble with the fan club? I signed up they got my $40.00 now there say wrong password wrong e-mail address ect. Of course I hit the HELP button like thats going 2 help! I had to buy tickets just like anybody else coz I didn't wont 2 miss out like last year when they came 2 the US. I don't understand why they can take your money but ignore u when you have a question!! Any suggestion? Thanks
